Hi, I’m James and welcome to my site. I’m a session Bassist and contemporary composer based in Ireland. I’ve been lucky enough to work with the best and have toured around the world. Check out my performances and recordings with top Irish and international artists. I am also a member of Derek Ryan’s touring band.

James is a music composer and producer. Creating Bass lines using Double Bass and Bass Guitar, all from his own state-of-the-art studio. The cost of an online Bass session is €50 per track. He can also do the session in your studio if required.

James uses Steinberg Cubase Pro 12 and Dorico Pro 4 with Steinberg and Apogee interfaces, Manley & Audient preamps, Brauner, AKG & many other microphones including several ribbons & will record at any desired sample rate up to 192

James normally sends Bass tracks back eqd, compd & cleaned ready to drop into your song (can send them flat if desired)
