Folk & Roll at the Ruby sessions last night, Louise Killeen was great, always a pleasure to play with Brendan Emmett and herself. It's a lovely combination...Three voices, two acoustic guitars, a Double bass and an enthusiastic crowd of music lovers, what more could you want on a snowy Tuesday night in Dublin!
Playing tonight with the fab Louise Killeen at the Ruby sessions in Dublin. It's an acoustic set which I love doing, Double Bass all the way...Mighty!
Great gig with Frances Black in Clonmel and a full house to boot! Smaller band on this one, just Guitar, Double Bass & vocals from Frances & her daughter Aoife. Makes you play differently when there are no drums. No pressure 🙂 Posted from WordPress for Android
Playing with Frances in the Clonmel park hotel on friday, after the fantastic response to the concert in Vicar street it should be a great night.
Back in Beechpark studios again this week with Daniel O'Donnell. I love recording this way with everyone playing live together, so much more fun than doing overdubs, real performance from real musicians, the way it was meant to be. 🙂 Posted from WordPress for Android
Great concert with Frances Black last night in Vicar street, the place was really rockin'. Absolutely full, we even had a choir of ladies (&one brave man) up to help sing "The smile on your face". Black is back 🙂
I have the pleasure of recording for Daniel O'Donnell again this week. A gentleman.
